About Me

 Hi, my name is Vern Peterson.

Thank you for visiting my site and clicking on the about me tab. Now the challenge is to tell you as much as possible about me, to give you an idea of what kind of person I am, without turning it into a novel.

I think of every property or home, as a unique product, and when it comes to unique product marketing, I am among the best.

Whether I am developing, building or selling, it has always been my goal, to seek the most creative way for potential customers to perceive each and every new unique product, as a very special opportunity, which won’t be around for long.

This school of thought has been a very important element in my proven formula, of successful marketing campaign design.

I have been designing & assembling successful marketing campaigns, for well over 30 years, for numerous individuals and companies, both small and large, from local well-established companies, such as Penfolds Roofing, to large Global Brands, such as Rolex and Universal Studios. Many of my campaigns have been multicultural, multilingual and implemented around the world.

I first acquired my Real Estate License in 2005 and since then, in addition to selling Real Estate, I have acquired a plethora of experience as a builder. In addition to homes, I have designed and built various structures, including a 60-unit, multi-building apartment complex.  

My years of international marketing experience, combined with my broad range of hands-on design and construction, in addition to rezoning and land development, make me a very unique Realtor.

In addition, my personality has evolved throughout all of my amazing life experiences. Being a great salesperson takes self-confidence, as well as experience, of which I am fortunate to possess both, but along with experience comes age and if we are lucky, at some point we realize why we have two ears and one mouth, this is the most important part, in my opinion.

I must listen carefully to your needs, wants desires and dreams, in order to best get you what you want.

I live by, one of my mentors Zig Ziglar’s saying:

“You can have everything in life you want if you will just help other people get what they want”
